ASCO Group LLC files plans for 60-unit mixed-use building in Cypress Hills

ASCO Group LLC, on December 22, filed a permit application for construction of a 60-unit, 44,125-square-foot mixed-use building at 2715 Fulton Street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. Aron Schwartz filed the plans. The building will be affordable housing.

There have been eight new building plans filed in the neighborhood in 2021. The eight plans called for the construction of a total of 260 new dwelling units in Cypress Hills.

The plans call for the construction of a 82-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00652243. The development site spans three tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed eight-story mixed-use building. Total of 60 residential units.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have two dwelling units, recreation space, and four retail spaces. Floors two through seven will each have nine dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor will have four dwelling units. The building will also have recreation space outside.

The architect listed is Nikolai Katz Architect.

The property was acquired for $390,000 on October 12, 2021.
