Oestreicher Properties files plans to increase occupancy of an office building in Plaza District

Oestreicher Properties, on May 13, filed a permit application for a $15,000 build-out of a 230,582-square-foot office building at 430 Park Avenue in Plaza District.

The plans call for an increase in permitted occupancy of floors 5, 15, and 18 from a maximum of 267 on those floors combined, to a maximum of 540 on those floors combined, for the 223-foot tall, 18-story.

The project is described in the filings as: application filed to increase the occupant load of the 5th, 15th construction floor/tenant’s 16th floor and 18th construction floor/tenant’s 19th floor. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $15,000.

The work will be done by IA interior Architects.
