Arben Mitaj receives TCO for 43-unit mixed-use building in Riverdale
Arben Mitaj, on February 1, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 43-unit, 28,949-square-foot mixed-use building at 3053 Villa Avenue in Riverdale, the Bronx.
The plans, pre-filed on February 26, 2016, call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, eight-story mixed-use building. The time from pre-file to TCO was five years.
The project is described in the filings as: new eight-story mixed-use building.
The ground floor of the building has a retail store and two dwelling units, per the plans. The second floor has four dwelling units, while floors three through eight each have six dwelling units per floor. The building’s cellar has one dwelling unit, storage space, and a utility room.
Fred Geremia Architects & Planners was the architect named.
The property was acquired for $335,000 on September 28, 2015.
