Anthony Milohnic files plans for 39-unit mixed-use building in Highbridge

Anthony Milohnic, on February 28, filed a permit application for construction of a 39-unit, 30,128-square-foot mixed-use building at 78 West 170th Street in Highbridge, Bronx.

There have been 12 new building plans, including these plans, filed in Highbridge in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 132-foot-tall, 11-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00687136. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed six-story and cellar mixed-used building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have commercial space. Floors two through 10 will each have four dwelling units per floor, while the 11th floor will have three dwelling units. The building will also have a roof which can be occupied and laundry in the cellar.

The architect listed is Rogers Architects PLLC.

The property was acquired for $725,000 on November 5, 2021.
