Isaac Rosenberg files plans for 52-unit mixed-use building in Brownsville

Isaac Rosenberg, on February 28, filed a permit application for construction of a 52-unit, 51,192-square-foot mixed-use building at 128 Livonia Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn.

There have been 21 new building plans, including these plans, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 55-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00680413. The development site spans two tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new five-story and cellar 52-dwelling unit building with community facility, with 26 on-site enclosed car parking.

Per the plans, the second floor of the building will have 13 dwelling units. Floors three and four will each have 15 dwelling units, and the fifth floor will have 10 dwelling units and recreation space. The cellar will have parking for 26 cars. The floor plans make no mention of the ground floor of the building.
