Anshel Fridman files plans for 62-unit mixed-use building in Flatbush

Anshel Fridman, on September 20, filed a permit application for construction of a 62-unit, 43,776-square-foot building at 2605 Snyder Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn.

There have been 10 new building plans filed in the neighborhood so far in 2021. These plans call for the construction of the most residential dwelling units in Flatbush this year.

The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00588575. The development site spans two tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: multi-story mixed-use building – general retail and 62 dwelling units.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail space, a lobby, laundry, parking, and a recreation room. The second floor will have nine dwelling units, recreation space, and a terrace. Floors three through six will each have 11 dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have nine dwelling units and recreation space.

The architect listed is S. Wieder Architect P.C.
