Animal shelter files plans for $3.9 rehab of Chelsea lowrise

The animal shelter Bideawee filed plans for a $3,977,242 rehabilitation of several floors of a building at 152 West 24th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan.

The plans call for a rehab of floors one through three and the cellar of the 36-foot tall, three-story building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00503472.

The project is described in the filings as: architectural filling per plans filed herewith.

Ted Moudis Associates is listed as the architect.

The developer purchased the building from Sam Chang’s McSam Hotel Group for $7.7 million late last year.
