Andrew Klein permitted for 165-unit mixed-use building in Flatbush
Andrew Klein, on December 16, received a permit for construction of a 165-unit, 134,622-square-foot mixed-use building at 210 Clarkson Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
The plans, pre-filed on December 20, 2019, call for the construction of an 85-foot tall, eight-story, 134,622-square-foot residential building with 165 residential units.
The project is described in the filings as: construct new eight-story mixed-use building as per plans filed herewith.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail space, community space, a supermarket, lounge, and storage. The second floor will have a lounge, recreation space, game room, exercise room, and 22 dwelling units. Floors three through seven will each have 25 dwelling units per floor, and the eighth floor will have 19 dwelling units. The roof will have recreation space. The cellar will have parking and a lounge.
Hill West Architects is the architect named.
The property was acquired for $20.5 million on August 13, 2019.
