Andrew Gonchar seeks rezoning for 101 units in SI

Andrew Gonchar through the company ELOC FTK, seeks a series of authorizations and certifications to facilitate the construction of 48 two-family homes and five single-family homes, totaling 101 dwelling units and 218,025-square-feet of construction in the Charleston neighborhood of Staten Island.

The developer seeks discretionary approvals from the City Planning Commission, including several approvals pursuant to the Special South Richmond Development District (Zoning Resolution, Article X, Chapter 7, Section 107-00, et seq.) and changes to the City Map to map new streets in order to facilitate the project.

The proposed project would be constructed on a site of approximately 496,379-square-feet, approximately 11.4 acres. The site is comprised of Block 7558, Lot 65; Block 7566, Lot 1; Block 7562, Lots 1, 4, 8, 9, 11, 12, 15, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, and part of Lot 30; Block 7564, Lot 80 and Lot 86.
