Ami Weinstock submitted a new building construction pr0ject for a 97-unit, 90,339-square-foot residential (R-2) building at 62-65 60th Place in Ridgewood, Queens. The plan was filed on June 12, 2026. It calls for the construction of a 65-foot-tall, seven-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q01412346. The project is described in the filing as: proposed seven-story new building – total of 97 dwelling units. The applicant is the Registered Architect Kao Hwa Lee of Kao Hwa Lee Architects Pc. Ami Weinstock of Ami Weinstock submitted the plans.

The project calls for 13 apartments on the second floor, 15 each on the third and fourth floors, and 14 each on floors five to seven.

The development is planned for a portion of lot 24, which will be subdivided into three additional lots, including this lot 10. The most recent property records show Public Storage as the owner.
