Astrit Ulaj permitted for 52-unit resi building in Riverdale

Astrit Ulaj, on July 8, was given a permit for construction of a 52-unit, 38,051-square-foot residential building at 390 East Mosholu Parkway South in Riverdale, the Bronx.

The plans, pre-filed on January 26, 2021, call for the construction of a 110-foot tall, 10-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: new building application to include partial demolition and Class A apartments.

Per the plans, the ground floor will have a lobby and four dwelling units. Floors two through four will each have six dwelling units per floor, and floors five through 10 will each have five dwelling units per floor. The cellar of the building will have an office, fitness room, laundry room, and common room.

Freyer Collaborative Architects is listed as the architect on the filing.

The property was acquired for $2.6 million on May 14, 2018.
