Plans filed for $9.3M exterior rehab of McGraw-Hill Building in Midtown West

On May 31, plans were filed for a $9.3 million exterior rehabilitation of the historic McGraw-Hill Publishing Company Building at 330 West 42nd Street in Midtown West, Manhattan. The building is owned by Resolution Real Estate.

The building recently went through a $120 million transformation. These are the most expensive alteration plans filed at the building in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for work on the exterior of the 434-foot-tall, 33-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00721893.
