Alex Adjmi’s ACHS Management files plans for 69-unit mixed-use building in Longwood
Alex Adjmi’s ACHS Management, on January 26, filed a permit application for construction of a 69-unit, 67,793-square-foot mixed-use building at 2976 3rd Avenue in Longwood, Bronx. Joshua Posner, director of construction at ACHS Management, filed the plans.
