Joel Weiss files plans for 82-unit mixed-use building in Harlem
Joel Weiss through the company Heartfelt Townhouse Build, on January 26, filed a permit application for construction of an 82-unit, 69,512-square-foot mixed-use building at 260 West 126th Street in Harlem, Manhattan.
The plans are the 13th new building plans filed in Harlem in the previous 12 months. The 13 plans combined call for the construction of 723 new dwelling units in the neighborhood over the period.
The plans call for the construction of a 125-foot-tall, 12-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00666173. The development site spans one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: multi-story mixed-use building with 82 dwelling units.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, medical office, and retail space. Floors two through nine will each have eight dwelling units per floor, and floors 10 through 12 will each have five dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space. The cellar will have parking for 25 cars.
