ABN Realty gets TCO for 46K sf Tribeca condo with $66M sellout, over 12 years after filing

ABN Realty, on December 3, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 24-unit, 46,000-square-foot condo building, previously known as Tribeca Royale, at 19 Park Place in Tribeca. The condo currently has a $66 million sellout with the NYS Attorney General.

The plans, pre-filed on March 28, 2008, call for the construction of a 252-foot tall, 21-story building. The time from pre-file to TCO was 12 years and nine months. Chun Ka Luk was the owner representative on the DOB filing. The sponsors with the Attorney General at Albert and Bernice Luk.

The project is described in the filings as: application filed to erect new 21-story building.

The building’s cellar has a gym, per the plans. The ground floor and mezzanine have retail space, while the ground floor also has a residential lobby. The second floor has one dwelling unit and a lounge. Floors three through six each have two dwelling units per floor, the seventh and eight floors each have one full dwelling unit and the lower and upper halves of one duplex unit, floors nine through 11 each have two dwelling units, floors 12 through 19 each have one dwelling unit per floor, the 20th floor has one dwelling unit and the lower half of one duplex unit, the upper half of which is located on the 21st floor. The roof has private terraces.

Ismael Leyva designed the building.

In 2015 it was reported that completion was likely by early 2016.
