Abingdon Square Partners is fully permitted for construction of a 152k sf storage building in Staten Island

Abingdon Square Partners, on March 13, was given a permit for construction of a 152,196-square-foot storage building at 620 Richmond Terrace in Staten Island.

The plans call for the construction of a 46-foot tall, 4-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: filing to erect a 4-story storage building (new lot 56).

It is the second large project on taken on by Abingdon Square Partners in the last couple years. In 2019 they constructed a 184,069-square-foot storage facility at 572 Richmond Terrace.
