Rudin Management Company files plans for a $11M renovation of a building in Midtown West

Rudin Management Company, on March 13, filed a permit application for a $11.3 million renovation of a building at 1675 Broadway in Midtown West.

The plans call for a renovation of the 495-foot tall, 35-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: general construction modifications taking place on the 31-35th floors as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $11,284,887.
