AbeCo files plans for $5.5M of work related to 41-unit mixed-use building in Clinton Hill

Abe Betesh’s AbeCo Organization, on April 25, filed plans for $5.5 million of foundation work related to the construction of a 41-unit, 40,364-square-foot mixed-use building at 1 Putnam Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.

On March 25, the developer filed a permit application for construction of a 41-unit, 40,364-square-foot mixed-use building at the site.

Below are zoning diagrams of the development.

Per the new building plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and two retail spaces. The second floor will have seven dwelling units and recreation space. The third floor will have six dwelling units, and floors four through seven will each have seven dwelling units per floor. The eighth floor will have three recreation spaces. The cellar will also have a retail store space.

These plans call for work on the foundation of the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00714774.

The project is described in the filing as: foundation work filed in conjunction with NB application. Application is filed to obtain 421A privileges.
