Himmel + Meringoff files plans for $4M multi-floor rehab of Soho office

Himmel + Meringoff Properties, on April 23, filed plans for a $4 million rehabilitation of multiple floors an office building at 462 Broadway in Soho, Manhattan.

Earlier this month, plans were filed for a $15.5 million rehab at the same building.

The plans call for work on floors three through six of the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00641945.

The project is described in the filing as: mechanical work in conjunction with interior office renovation on floors three through six. No change in use, egress, or occupancy.
