Two LIC condo plans submitted totaling $50.4M
The Park Construction Corp. submitted condominium plans on March 16 for two developments at 37-24 30th Street and 37-28 30th Street in Long Island City, Queens.
The first plans, CD210071, have a $24.6 million sellout with the New York State Attorney General. The plans are for a development with 32 residential units at 37-24 30th Street. Robert Cerrone, Bruno Cerrone, and Vincent Ali are listed as the principals of sponsor.
The second plans, CD210072, have a $25.7 million sellout. The plans are for a development with 33 residential units at 37-28 30th Street. Robert Cerrone, Bruno Cerrone, and Vincent Ali are listed as the principals of sponsor.
The developer filed new building plans for a 70-foot tall, seven-story, 23,359-square-foot residential building with 32 units and a 70-foot tall, seven-story, 24,258-square-foot residential building with 33 units at the parcels in June of 2019.
COSTA Architecture & Engineering is designing the buildings.
Both of the proposed developments received initial permits for construction in August of last year.
Per a Yimby report at the time of filing, an estimated completion date had not been announced.
