$900K rehab filed for single-unit on 14th floor of 15 CPW

The owners of an apartment on the 14th floor of 15 Central Park West in Lincoln Square in Manhattan on June 25 filed a permit application for a $900,000 rehab of their unit.

The plans call for a rehab of unit 14G on the 14th floor of the 489-foot tall, 36-story, condo. There are 230 units in the building.

The project is described in the filings as: interior renovation of apartment #14G; demolition of non-load-bearing partitions; construction of new partitions; no change to use, egress or occupancy.
