SKF Development gets initial TCO for 73-unit, 67K sf residential building in Soundview

Kim Tasher’s SKF Development, on March 24, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 73-unit, 67,502-square-foot residential building at 1144 Evergreen Avenue in Soundview.

The permit application for the project was submitted on July 22, 2016.

The plans call for the construction of a 49-foot tall, 5-story, residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: construct new 73-unit apartment building.

The new residential building will consist of approximately 49,000-square-feet of residential space, with the average unit taking up about 670-square-feet.

According to the building plans, the ground floor will be used for ambulatory diagnostic or treatment healthcare facilities.
