A building manager for 601W Companies’s 460 West 34th Street, on August 12, filed plans for an $8.9 million rehab of two floors of the building located in Hudson Yards, Manhattan. The filing representative was Michelle Sampson of the brokerage and management company JLL.
The plans call for a rehab of two floors in the 200-foot-tall, 19-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00792506.
