$7.1M rehab completed at Richmond Pre-K Center on Staten Island

On September 21, a $7.1 million rehabilitation of the Richmond Pre-K Center school at 104 Housman Avenue in Staten Island was formally marked as completed.

The plans, pre-filed on December 13, 2018, call for a rehab of the cellar, roof, outside space, and both floors of the 35-foot tall, two-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: interior renovation for school use throughout and exterior modifications to install play yard. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $7,066,623.

The architect listed on the filing is Avinash K Malhotra Architects.

No rehab plans have been filed since at the building.
