5 Boro Real Estate Partners files plans for 63K sf mixed-use in Pelham Bay
5 Boro Real Estate Partners, on April 25, filed a permit application for construction of a 63,955-square-foot mixed-use building at 3251 Westchester Avenue in Pelham Bay, the Bronx. Moshik Regev, a managing partner at 5 Boro Real Estate Partners, filed the plans.
There have been five new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 85-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00686727.
The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 94 feet.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail space. Floors two through five will each have health care space. The sixth floor will have an adult day care center. The seventh floor will have health care space.
