$23.2M condo plan with 30 units submitted in Flushing
Kevin Yang, through the company 146 Northern LLC, submitted a condominium plan for 30 residential units and two commercial units at 35-20 146th Street in Flushing, Queens.
The condo plan, CD210145, has a sellout price of $23.2 million with the New York State Attorney General. Kevin Yang is listed as the principal of sponsor, while Chun Min Kwok and Joyce Pik Wan Cheng are listed as members.
In January of 2016, Pik Wan Cheng through the company 146 Northern LLC, filed new building plans with the New York City Department of Buildings calling for the construction of a 54-foot tall, six-story, 33,551-square-foot residential building with 30 dwelling units at the property.
The plans were permitted in 2017. While no TCO has been issued yet, the developer filed for it back in July of 2018.
Per the DOB plans, the ground floor of the building will have two retail spaces, a lobby, and “after school” space. The second floor will have outdoor space and school space. Floors three through five will each have eight dwelling units per floor, while the sixth floor will have six dwelling units. The cellar will have parking for 20 cars.
Tan Architect PC is the architect for the project.
The developer purchased the property in 2015 for an undisclosed price, according to city records.
