22-unit resi condo plan submitted in Red Hook

BHLD Capital submitted a condominium plan for a development with 22 residential units at 199 Conover Street in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

The condo plan, CD210139, has no sellout price listed with the New York State Attorney General. Lee Cohen is listed as the principals of sponsor.

In April of 2020, Lee Cohen filed new building plans with the New York City Department of Buildings calling for the construction of a 33-foot tall, three-story, 31,028-square-foot residential building with 22 dwelling units at the property.

Per the plans, the ground floor and second floor will each have three dwelling units, as well as the lower and upper halves of a total of eight duplex units. The third floor will have eight dwelling units. The building will have parking spaces for 15 cars and a recreation space on the roof.

Initial permits were issued to the developer in November of 2020, but the TCO has not yet been issued.

Kutnicki Bernstein Architects is the architect listed.
