$16.5M condo plan submitted in Bensonhurst
A condominium plan for a development with 18 residential units and one commercial unit was submitted at 6915 15th Avenue in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn.
The condo plan, CD210094, has a sellout price of $16,558,850 with the New York State Attorney General. Wen Bin Zou, Xingqiu Wang, and Liping Yu are listed as the principals of the sponsor.
In February of 2018, Wen Bin Zou through the company TLK Group LLC filed new building plans with the New York City Department of Buildings calling for the construction of a 33-foot tall, four-story, 19,958-square-foot residential building with 18 dwelling units at the property.
Per the plans, floors one and two of the building will each have seven dwelling units. The third floor will have four dwelling units. The building’s cellar will have parking for 15 cars while the basement will have a healthcare facility.
Initial permits were issued to the developer in April of 2019, but no TCO has been issued yet.

Demolition of the single-story structure that previously occupied the property was completed in 2019.
An estimated completion date has not been announced.
The developers acquired the property for $3,800,000 in 2017.
