ZHL Group files plans to demolish five buildings recently purchased for $14M in Hell’s Kitchen

ZHL Group, on March 25, filed multiple permit applications for the demolition of five buildings at 346-350 West 44th Street in Hell’s Kitchen. Yevgeniy Lvovskiy, the CEO of ZHL, filed the plans.

It is unclear what the developer plans to do with the site, which was purchased earlier this month for $14 million from Shalimar Management.

The first plans call for the demolition of a 4,835-square-foot, three-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: full demolition of a three-story structure to be demolished via handheld means and backfilled.
