ZHL Group files plans for 76-unit building in Kensington

Yevgeniy Lvovskiy of ZHL Group submitted a new building construction project for a 76-unit, 52,957-square-foot R-2 building at 428 East 9th Street in Kensington, Brooklyn. The plan was filed on August 10, 2022. It calls for the construction of a 75-foot-tall, eight-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00789554. The architect is Z Architecture PLLC. The project is described in the filing as: proposed new eight-story residential/community facility building.
