Zhidong Wu through the entity Davis Street Development LLC as borrower signed a new construction loan with lender Bank Hapoalim valued at $37 million for the 82-unit development at 45-17 Davis Street in Long Island City, Queens.
The deal closed on July 21, 2021 and was recorded on August 6, 2021.

The owner bought the property on 30-Jul-21, for $11 million.
The signatory for Zhidong Wu was Zhidong Wu.
