Zhi Li Pan through the entity JRR Holdings LLC paid $4.9 million to Glenn Lau-Kee through the entity Tai Ming Development Corp. for industrial (G6) at 98-100 Bayard Street in Chinatown, Manhattan.
The deal closed on April 12, 2021 and was recorded on May 3, 2021.
