Princeton pays $7.5M to Yoel Goldman for 50% stake in East Williamsburg industrial
Joseph Tabak’s Princeton Real Estate Partners through the entity PH Greenpoint LLC paid $7.5 million to Yoel Goldman and All Year Management through the entity 71 White Holdings LLC for a 50 percent stake in the industrial (E9) building at 71 White Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This is the second 50 percent stake Tabak bought from Goldman related to the building, so Tabak now owns the entire property. Tabak bought a 50% interest in the property in 2015 for $8.75 million, and now bought out the other half.
The deal closed on April 22, 2021 and was recorded on May 3, 2021.
The property has 24,710 square feet of built space and 25,250 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 50,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data.
The signatory for Yoel Goldman and All Year Management was Yoel Goldman. The signatory for Princeton Real Estate Partners was Joseph Tabak.
