Zeorya Gritsay through the entity 2615 E 16 LLC paid $2.3 million to Leon Turovsky through the entity East 16th Street Realty Corp. for an office building (O7) at 2615 East 16th Street in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on August 12, 2021 and was recorded on August 17, 2021.
The property has 9,000 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 7,290 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $253 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The owner bought the property on 12-Aug-21, for $2.3 million.
