ZD Jasper Realty files plans for 52-unit mixed-use building in Hudson Yards

ZD Jasper Realty, on August 1, filed a permit application for construction of a 52-unit, 48,138-square-foot mixed-use building at 439 West 36th Street in Hudson Yards, Manhattan. Tom Wu, founder of the firm, filed the plans.

The plans call for the construction of a 120-foot tall, 12-story, mixed-use building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00771011.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 75 feet.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed 12-story and cellar mixed-use building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have community space, recreation space, commercial space, and a residential lobby. Floors two through five will each have six dwelling units per floor, and floors six through 12 will each have four dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space. The cellar will have recreation space and community space.

The architect listed is Archimaera Architecture PC.

The property was acquired for $15 million on December 17, 2021.
