Yossel Lichtman files plans for demo of Flatbush building purchased for $16M in 2019

Yossel Lichtman, on January 5, filed a permit application for the demolition of a building at 425 Coney Island Avenue in Flatbush.

Sarah Lichtman through the entity 425 Coney Island Realty LLC acquired the property for $16 million on December 16, 2019.

The single-story building, built in 1950, is roughly 19,500-square-feet.

No new building plans have been filed with the city’s Department of Buildings yet.

The plans, pre-filed on January 5, 2022, call for the demolition of a one-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: full demolition to a one-story building.
