Yoel Horowitz files plans for a 24-unit residential building in Highbridge
Yoel Horowitz, on June 3, filed a permit application for construction of a 24-unit, 15,561-square-foot residential building at 1816 Harrison Avenue in Highbridge.
The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot tall, seven-story, residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed seven-story residential and cellar.
Plans indicate the ground floor of the proposed building will have two units, floors three through six will have four units each, and the seventh floor will have two units.
The units will most likely be rentals based on the average unit size of 648 square feet.
The architect listed on the application is Asher Hershkowitz Architect PLLC.
