Residential Development Group receives TCO for 39-unit building in Flatbush

Residential Development Group, on June 3, was issued its initial temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 39-unit, 30,565-square-foot residential building at 782 New York Avenue in Flatbush.

The plans, pre-filed on March 24, 2015, call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, seven-story, residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposing seven-story new building, community facility and 39 dwelling units.

The cellar and a portion of the ground floor are used for community facilities and ambulatory diagnostic or treatment health care facilities, per the plans. The rest of the ground floor is used for a residential lobby, there is also accessory parking space for 16 vehicles. Floors two through six will each have seven units, the seventh floor will have four units as well has 910-square-feet of recreation rooms. Additional recreation space is available on the roof.

The work was done by J Frankl C Mallea Y Stern Associates Architects & Engineers.

The property was acquired for $5 million on May 1, 2014.
