Yoel Hershkowitch through the entity HB Throop LLC paid $2.9 million to Malky Rosenberg through the entity 168 Troop LLC for the nine-unit residential walkup building (C1) at 168 Throop Avenue in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on June 22, 2022 and was recorded on July 22, 2022. The property has 7,500 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $386 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The seller bought the property on March 21, 2012, for $265,000.
