City files plans for $20M rehab of Bed-Stuy school

The New York City School Construction Authority, on July 15, filed plans for a $20M rehabilitation of a school building at 70 Tompkins Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.

The plan call for a rehab of the 45-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00771824.

The project is described in the filing as: envelope repair.
