Yisroel Greenfeld files plans for 53-unit mixed-use building in Williamsburg

Yisroel Greenfeld, on September 25, filed a permit application for construction of a 53-unit, 35,915-square-foot mixed-use building at 209 North 11th Street in Williamsburg.

The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story mixed-use building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed a seven-story mixed-use new building.

The ground floor of the building will have parking, multiple recreation rooms, a laundry room, utility room, and retail space. Floors two through six will each have nine dwelling units, while the seventh floor will have eight dwelling units as well as a terrace area.

MHM Engineering PC is listed as the architect on the filing.

Demolition plans were filed on August 31, they have not yet been permitted.

An estimated completion date has not been announced.
