ASH files plans for 67-unit mixed-use building in Greenpoint
ASH NYC, on September 24, filed a permit application for construction of a 67-unit, 44,637-square-foot residential building at 1036 Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint. Jenna Goldman, a partner at ASH, was the owners representative on the filing, through the company 777 Partners LLC.
The property is owned by Marshall Kesten through his company Marshall Kesten LLC. In 2007, Kesten formed the company 777 Partners LLC, according to state records.
The plans call for the construction of a 83-foot tall, eight-story mixed-use building.
The project is described in the filings as: new eight-story mixed-use building.
The plans indicate the cellar of the proposed building will have a lounge, club room, pet grooming room, and storage space. The ground floor will have an additional lounge and a fitness room. Floors two through seven will each have 10 dwelling units with accessory private terraces. The eighth floor will have seven dwelling units, also with accessory private terraces. The building will have 20 parking spaces while the roof will provide additional terraces.
Ismael Leyva Architects is listed as the architect on the filing.
Demolition plans were filed on March 27, they were permitted on September 11.
An estimated completion date has not been announced.
