Yisroel Greenfeld files plans for 20-unit resi building in Williamsburg
Yisroel Greenfeld, on April 4, filed a permit application for construction of a 20-unit, 13,784-square-foot residential building at 310 North 7th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
There have been 48 new building plans, including these plans, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of an 85-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00708684. The development site spans one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed eight-story residential building: subject to 421-a deadline.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have parking and retail space. The second floor will have seven dwelling units, the third floor will have three dwelling units, the fourth floor will have five units and recreation space, the fifth floor will have three dwelling units, and the seventh floor will have two dwelling units. The roof will have recreation space. The floor plans do not indicate what floors six and eight will be used for.
The architect listed is Diego Aguilera Architects P.C.
The property was acquired for $2.4 million on November 14, 2014.
