Yehuda Kohn files plans for 34-unit resi building in East New York

Yehuda Kohn, on June 13, filed a permit application for construction of a 34-unit, 22,973-square-foot residential building at 186 Pennsylvania Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn.

There have been 38 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 84-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00734382.

The development site spans two tax lots. The lot has a width of 50 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed seven-story residential building with 34 dwelling units.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have four dwelling units. floors two through seven will each have five dwelling units per floor. The penthouse and roof will have recreation spaces.

The architect listed is Leandro Nils Dickson Architect, LLC.

The property was acquired with two other properties for $1 million on May 17, 2022.
