William Gottlieb pays $4.2M to Mary Corliss for mixed-use building in West Village

William Gottlieb Real Estate through the entity 702 Greenwich Street, LLC paid $4.2 million to Mary Corliss through the entity Corliss, Mary for mixed-use building (S1) at 702 Greenwich Street in West Village, Manhattan.
The deal closed on November 23, 2021 and was recorded on December 15, 2021.
William Gottlieb is a long-time investment owner which rarely purchases new properties to add to its portfolio concentrated in the West Village.
