LargaVista ups debt by $45M to $70M refi with MetLife in East Williamsburg

LargaVista Companies through the entity Newtown Development, LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender MetLife and Brighthouse Life Insurance Company valued at $70 million for three industrials including the industrial (G9) at 394 Maspeth Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, industrial (G9) at 364 Maspeth Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and industrial (G7) at 362 Maspeth Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on December 1, 2021 and was recorded on December 15, 2021.

The signatory for LargaVista Companies was Adam E. Good. The signatory for MetLife and Brighthouse Life Insurance Company was Mike Hofheinz.

Good is the owner of Larga Vista. The prior debt was $25 million, this added a $45.3 million gap loan. Brighthouse Financial was separated from Metlife in 2017, according to Metlife, but the loan is in care of MetLife Investment Management.
