Wildflower receives TCOs for two 96K sf storage buildings in Brooklyn
Adam Gordon’s Wildflower Ltd., on August 31, was issued two temporary certificates of occupancy for construction of two 96,970-square-foot storage buildings at 578 Cozine Avenue and 554 Cozine Avenue in Brooklyn.
Both plans, pre-filed on July 2, 2018, call for the construction of a 40-foot tall, one-story, storage building. The time from pre-file to TCO on the two developments was two years and two months.
The first project is described in the filings as: proposed storage facility.
The second project is described in the filings as: proposed one-story and mezzanine commercial building
Both buildings have 18 accessory parking spaces and 12 loading berths, according to the plans filed. The buildings each have warehouse space, a mezzanine, a lobby, and access to the roof.
The architect for both developments was Ware Malcomb.
Wildflower purchased the development sites for $25.3 million from investor Lewis Gantman on April 30, 2018. The sites span two full city blocks, and both were occupied by one-story industrial buildings at the time of purchase.
At the time of purchase, reports stated Gordon planned to use the property for warehouse space for e-commerce companies like Amazon.
