The entity Ah Nyre 3 LLC paid $20.8 million to 47 West 9th Street LLC for the townhouse (A4) at 47 West 9th Street in Greenwich Village, Manhattan.
The deal closed on October 13, 2021 and was recorded on October 25, 2021.
The property has 6,029 square feet of built space and 313 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 6,344 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $3,441 and the price per buildable square foot is $3,270 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The seller bought the property on August 7, 2008, for $12.7 million.
