Visual Citi files plans for 20-unit resi building in Jamaica
Visual Citi, on January 21, filed a permit application for construction of a 20-unit, 12,965-square-foot residential building at 166-16 88th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Fazle Abbas Devjiyani, president of Visual City, field the plans.
Visual Citi is a full-service signage, printing, and fabrication company founded in 2004.
The plans are one of 27 new building plans filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months. The 27 plans combined call for the construction of 422 dwelling units in Jamaica.
The plans call for the construction of a 60-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00662886. The development site spans one tax lot.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and two dwelling units. Floors two through four will each have four dwelling units per floor, while floors five and six will each have three dwelling units.

The property was acquired for $1.4 million on June 10, 2021.
