David W. Mills and Anne Devereux-Mills through the entity Ad Venture 22, LLC paid $11.8 million to Victor Group through the entity Vhs 239, LLC for condo (SC) at The Getty at 503 West 24th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 11, 2021 and was recorded on August 5, 2021.
The property has 5,548 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $2,126 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for Victor Group was Ran Korolik. The signatory for David W. Mills and Anne Devereux-Mills was Joshua G. Fensterstock.
